Cameron is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in the technology, energy and finance sectors. He is also the founder and cofounder of several ventures, including Slyce, Draganfly, RaptorRig, ColdBore and Urthecast.
Cameron’s primary role is to provide project and strategic management facilitation while working with his co-founders, executives, and investors to determine what is most important and specifically how to get it done.
Bruce Elliott is a 25-year eCommerce veteran who has held senior leadership roles in privately held and listed companies in online payments, gaming, venture capital and trust and corporate service sectors in North America and Europe.
Mr. Elliott is a recognized international conference speaker on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and emerging technology trends and has also led venture capital investments into clean tech, gaming, blockchain and fintech companies.
Career highlights include Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales of AIM-listed Neteller plc, Director of Boston Group Limited and Managing Director of Boston Ventures Limited.
Swapan has over 25 years of senior finance and operations experience and has served at senior executive management levels, both in public and private companies in high growth technology, manufacturing, trading and oil field services industries.
He has held senior roles as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and served on the Board of some of these Companies.
He has extensive experience in public company reporting, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls and general overall financial and operational management. He is a results driven and efficiency focused individual providing strategic advice to his clients.

Andy is a technology visionary with extensive experience leading software builds to tackle business problems.
He’s led dozens of development projects across his three decades in tech, working alongside leading partners like Microsoft and within a diverse industry set including healthcare, fintech, SaaS, AI and e-learning.
As Director of Technology, Andy pulls on his experience to build and deploy technologies using business-driven, agile processes. In his spare time, Andy sits on the Board of NAFI CT, a multi-service agency that provides programming and support for families and children with developmental needs.

Rick Dugdale is the President and CEO of Enderby Entertainment, a film finance and production company founded in 2006 by Dugdale and his filmmaking partner, Daniel Petrie, Jr. Dugdale oversees all aspects of Enderby Entertainment’s business, finance and production and spearheads the company’s relationships with its worldwide community of strategic partners.
Dugdale has most recently completed post-production on Peace, starring Alexander Ludwig, Sam Keeley and Franco Nero. Based on a true story from the celebrated novelist Richard Bausch and written and directed by Academy Award® winning filmmaker Robert Port, the principal photography was shot around Dugdale’s hometown in Enderby, Canada. Peace will be released in 2019.
Mr. Wagner is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wags Capital, a specialized small cap boutique investment firm. Mr. Wagner has a diverse background in real estate, lending, debt, and private equity/venture investment, having participated full time in the industry since 2009. Mr. Wagner is extremely diligent in his pursuit of opportunity and was able to capitalize tremendously on the last recessed market, building multiple companies that specialized in the acquisition of distressed assets, repositioning, stabilization and resale of special assets. Mr. Wagner and his team have been intricately involved in all aspects of the business including Equity and Debt sourcing, lending, consultation, principal project development, and many other Real Estate specific roles. Mr. Wagner also led his companies to a number of large acquisitions and investments outside of the real estate sector, including successful companies in industries such as health technology, food and beverage, media, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products/ecommerce. Prior to his involvement full time in real estate and private equity/business investment, Aaron played professional football. Aaron Wagner attended Brigham Young University and Washington State University on a full athletic football Scholarship and was awarded multiple athletic awards and accolades throughout his career. Mr. Wagner is proactively involved in various charities and sits on the board of the Shelter Kids Charitable organization. Mr. Wagner was born and raised in Canada and has been in the US since 2000. He and his wife Candace, have 7 children and reside in Alpine, Utah.

Microgaming: Former Head of Quickfire (product ownership for new casino platform including full lifecycle development from dev lead management and contract specification through product implementation and support and on-boarding 150 B2B customers over 5 year period).
OpenBet: former Head of Casino and Games for industry-leading sports book and casino platform developer (since acquired by Scientific Games), including mathematical game design and jurisdictional approval for over 50 games.
Former CEO NYX Interactive and COO of NYX Gaming (post-merger with NexGen Gaming) where he managed expansion into 15 regulated European markets as well as New Jersey and acquired Openbet, a leading sports betting platform company; he then managed the sale of NYX to Scientific Games for $550M
Former Vice-President of Ongame Network, where he was responsible for the creation of the largest B2B Poker Network. The company was sold Bwin, for $500m.
Former CEO for the European gaming operator Vera&John, as a part of FTSE Listed JPJ Group Plc.
Gabe is a Gaming Industry veteran with over 20 years of experience ranging from Dealer to COO/President. He has more than 5 years experience running gaming resorts with more than 4 Billion Dollars in annual revenue.
Gabe also has experience in the online space through iTEAM network, a white label Daily Fantasy Sports solution.
